Junior Administrator

Admin support role within the Financial Planning Team.

Role

This is an opportunity to join an established administration and support function and to be an integral member of EQ’s Client Servicing department. The Junior Administrator will be a key part of the wider Financial Planning team. You will be supported in your career progression to widen your role and responsibility over time.

Role Responsibilities

  • The role will involve regular administrative duties such as gathering policy information for new clients, entering client specific data onto internal systems and the scanning of client files.
  • Answering phones, responding to telephone queries relating to clients and the office (generally)
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post (e.g distribution to staff working remotely) to ensure that action is taken, and responses issued without delay.
  • Updating and Maintenance of client data, ensuring that any changes are processed and shared with our external partners.
  • Producing client valuation reports and assisting in the submission of files for external compliance review
  • You will be required to liaise with external providers in managing client assets e.g. the transfer of client assets and responding to customer requests that may result in the movement of cash into and out of client accounts.
  • You will assist in the Offboarding process of private clients.
  • You will assist the senior members of the team in providing updates on existing case work, the drafting of templated forms and letters, and the preparation of review documentation for the financial planners.
  • You will assist financial planners in the preparation of review meetings with existing clients (via printing and binding supplementary reports and forms) and new client meetings.

Salary & Benefits

The role is a full-time position based at our office near Monument in London with a salary of £26,500 to £28,500 (depending on experience) + discretionary bonus. Other benefits include:
