EdenTree Amity Short Dated Bond

A high quality investment grade only bond fund, with its strategy built upon a “profit with principles” approach which is achieved by investing responsible in sustainable businesses.

EdenTree Amity Short Dated Bond fund is one of the first short dated bond funds to be launched which is eligible for inclusion within our Positive Impact portfolios. The fund’s philosophy stems from EdenTree’s “Profit with Principles” approach in which the managers believe long-term returns are more likely to be achieved by investing responsibly in sustainable businesses. Therefore, the fund looks to invest in companies that can generate financial returns without causing detriment to the environment or society as a whole. To achieve this, EdenTree considers both financial and responsible research together to form a comprehensive view of the issuers. This helps build a framework to assess the risks and opportunities, all with the goal of identifying the best opportunities to deliver long-term returns for investors. Invariably, issuers must exhibit characteristics such as sound financials, solid balance sheets, growth prospects and the potential to deliver stable cash flows.
