EQ Investors (EQ), the B Corp wealth manager, has appointed Louise McLean as its new Head of Investment Operations.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Louise brings extensive operations leadership experience across the investment and wealth management sectors.

In her new role, Louise will be instrumental in helping EQ to further develop and enhance its operating capabilities to best support EQ’s growing client base and investment solutions.

EQ has also announced the following promotions: Kasim Zafar has been promoted to Chief Investment Officer and will oversee all of EQ’s investment and asset management activities. Louisiana Salge has been promoted to Head of Sustainability and will be responsible for leading EQ’s sustainable and engagement initiatives.
