Matt joined EQ Investors in 2021 as Business Development Manager responsible for financial advisers across the UK, and is passionate about supporting advisers with their sustainable investment needs. In his role as Sales Director, he is focused on building EQ’s presence across the industry and is the key point of contact for the Tavistock business.

Having studied Business & Finance at the University of Greenwich, Matt brings over a decade of experiance working with IFAs having also worked at Rathbones & Fidelity, and has a wealth of knowledge in providing outsourced investment solutions to advisers.

Dale joined EQ Investors in 2020 and has worked in financial markets for over 12 years. She has held various positions in the finance industry, from currency trading to wealth management. As a dual qualified investment manager and financial planner, Dale plays a key role in developing EQ’s DFM capability. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, as well as a creative and unique approach to problem solving.

Dale graduated with Honours in Finance from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa where she was born. She is also CFA charter holder, being a regular member of the CFA Institute and CFA UK society.

Buse joined EQ Investors in 2023 and has worked in client facing roles across several industries. In her role as a Sales Support Associate, Buse provides administrative support for the external financial advisers that work with EQ and is the primary point of contact for any platform related queries.

Having completed a bachelor’s degree in textiles at Chelsea University Arts of London, Buse prides herself on taking a flexible and creative approach to supporting the needs of our clients and offering efficient client service.
